Three pieces in volume
Options emerged from an art intervention in a public space that I did a few years ago when studying at EASDVic (School of Art of Vic) in Barcelona.
The intervention revealed visually, in the form of sculptures, the rubbish found along a rural track, mostly cans and plastic bottles, sweet wrappers and empty cigarette packets.
For this artwork, I repeated the action but invited the public to intervene, giving them three options to choose from for the conservation, or better said the treatment, of the land. They could opt to leave the land be, mess it up or wallow in it.
